HOW IT WORKS

A clear path to game day.

Start with your team and the kit you want. Build the item list, review the design and sizes, then move forward under an order plan everyone understands.

The accepted order terms set the sample, payment and schedule requirements for your kit. Use this sequence to prepare the decisions along the way.

  1. Share the team brief

    Your team
Your sport, team colors, approximate player count, game looks and requested arrival date.
    PROVYN
A conversation about the garments and the design direction that suit the brief.
    The next decision
Choose the starting kit. A complete roster is not needed yet.
    Send your team brief
  2. Review the item list and quote

    Your team
Check every garment, accessory, quantity and separate player or staff group.
    PROVYN
The proposed order scope, pricing basis, quoted charges and a schedule for review.
    The next decision
Accept the defined scope and commercial terms before proceeding.
  3. Develop the team artwork

    Your team
Supply the clearest logo file, color references, required lettering and number-placement rules.
    PROVYN
The design proof for the selected garments and the version to review.
    The next decision
Review the front and back, including the relationship between jersey and bottom.
  4. Review fit or a sample when needed

    Your team
Compare the garment-specific charts and flag any uncertain fit or construction details.
    PROVYN
The available sample or fit-review approach, with any cost and timing included in the order plan.
    The next decision
Agree whether a sample is needed before the final approval; it may add a separate stage.
    Use the measurement guide
  5. Approve artwork and roster

    Your team
Check spelling, numbers, garment sizes and quantities against one final roster.
    PROVYN
The versions of the artwork and order details that will govern the approved kit.
    The next decision
Keep the approval reference and date. Send any later change to your order contact.
    Prepare the roster worksheet
  6. Meet the agreed payment checkpoint

    Your team
Review the payment method, amount and due point stated in your order terms.
    PROVYN
The payment requirements that apply before production can proceed.
    The next decision
Do not treat an inquiry or artwork review as production authorization.
  7. Production, quality review and packing

    Your team
Keep the approved reference available and tell your contact promptly about any new request.
    PROVYN
Production under the agreed order plan, followed by the relevant garment and packing review.
    The next decision
Review the status with your contact. Changes depend on the stage already reached.
  8. Prepare for dispatch

    Your team
Check the delivery address and any outstanding payment requirement in your order terms.
    PROVYN
Dispatch arrangements and tracking information when the shipment is booked.
    The next decision
Separate the planned ship date from courier transit and the requested arrival date.

YOUR DATE, PROPERLY PLANNED

Arrival is the goal.
Dispatch is one stage.

Share the date you need the kit in hand and the delivery ZIP. Artwork development, fit or sample review, production and courier transit are separate parts of the plan. A requested arrival date helps review feasibility; it is not an automatic delivery guarantee.

If the deadline is close, keep the initial brief clear and respond to design and roster questions promptly. Ask for the proposed production start, dispatch plan and transit allowance before committing your program to a date.

ONE ORDER. CLEAR REFERENCES.

Keep the agreed version together.

Your quote records the pieces and commercial terms. The artwork proof records the design. The roster records player names, numbers and garment sizes. Keep the accepted versions and approval date together, then send any later change through your order contact.

For a late addition or next-season reorder, use the original design reference and a new list of required pieces. Availability, batch matching, pricing and timing are reviewed for the new order.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Practical answers for the team contact.

What does submitting a request commit our team to?

It starts the inquiry. Accepting a quote, approving artwork and authorizing production are separate decisions; the order terms identify what is required to move between them.

Are names, numbers and artwork included?

The game-set offer covers your team colors, artwork and player details. Review the exact decoration scope, placements and any additional charges on the selected garment list before accepting the quote.

When does the production schedule start?

Use the start condition stated in the accepted order plan. Artwork, final roster, fit or sample review and the required payment checkpoint may need to be completed first; do not count transit as production time.

Can we ask for a rush order?

Share the requested arrival date and delivery ZIP as early as possible. Rush feasibility needs a review of the current order scope, approvals and shipping plan; the request alone is not a guaranteed delivery date.

How are price and payment shown?

Review whether the quote is priced per player, per set or by individual piece, together with currency, shipping and any other quoted charges. Payment methods, amounts and checkpoints should be stated in the accepted order terms.

What if the artwork or roster changes after approval?

Send the proposed change to your order contact and identify the approved version. Ask for the effect on cost and timing before assuming the change can be made; feasibility depends on how far the order has progressed.

Can we add players or reorder next season?

Keep the original order and design reference. Send the new garment quantities, names, numbers, sizes and requested date. Fabric availability and color matching across production batches need a fresh review.

What should we do if a delivered piece has an issue?

Contact info@provyn.us with the order reference, affected garment, a description and clear photos. Keep the packaging and avoid altering the piece while your contact reviews it under the order’s agreed terms.
