PRIVATE LABEL & FINISHING
Adnan Arshad Sports manufactures under buyers’ own branding. If you need neck labels, hangtags, retail packaging or another finishing detail, include it in your brief. The available construction, artwork, quantities, costs and approval requirements are reviewed individually.
Keep the brand mark, garment artwork and label artwork as distinct approved references. Any confidentiality or exclusivity arrangement needs to be agreed directly before sharing material that depends on it.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT
Prices, minimums and schedules are reviewed for your specific style and order. Start with a brief; approve an itemized quote before production.
Request a quote for your chosen garments, quantities and decoration. The proposal identifies USD or another agreed currency, whether each rate is per piece or complete set, the customization included and any separate charges.
The minimum is confirmed for the style, decoration and order mix. Include quantities for a new design, repeat order or late addition so each can be reviewed.
Ask for a sample of the actual style, fabric and decoration you want. Sample cost, revisions, shipping, any production credit and the development schedule are agreed before sample work begins.
ONE CONTRIBUTION PER SHIPMENT
Combine the agreed merchandise value of all orders shipped together. At USD 300 or more, your customer shipping contribution is USD 0. Below USD 300, pay the difference to USD 300, capped at USD 50 per shipment.
Several orders in the same shipment receive one combined calculation. This is not a charge per order, set or player.
The merchandise amount, freight arrangements, courier transit and any duties or taxes are separate parts of the quote. Confirm who is responsible for duties and taxes in the accepted order terms; this contribution policy does not assign that responsibility.
WORKING TOGETHER
US sportswear brands, uniform resellers, private-label businesses and relevant distributors are our primary audience. Direct teams and clubs can use the separate team inquiry path.
The parent business supports private-label manufacturing. Share the garment branding and finishing requirements; neck labels, hangtags, packaging and their costs are confirmed in the specific proposal.
Current pricing and minimums are provided against the actual style, decoration, order mix and quantity. Request a quote for a new design, sample, repeat production or late addition.
Repeat orders require a fresh review of materials, artwork versions, sizes and availability. Keep the approved sample and original reference; any matching requirement must be discussed before the new order is accepted.
