HOW IT WORKS
A clear path from brief to shipment.
Start with your business or team and the garments you need. Review the quote, sample requirements, design and sizes, then proceed under an accepted order plan.
The accepted order terms set the sample, payment and schedule requirements for your kit. Use this sequence to prepare the decisions along the way.

YOUR DATE, PROPERLY PLANNED
Arrival is the goal.
Dispatch is one stage.
Share the date you need the kit in hand and the delivery ZIP. Artwork development, fit or sample review, production and courier transit are separate parts of the plan. A requested arrival date helps review feasibility; it is not an automatic delivery guarantee.
If the deadline is close, keep the initial brief clear and respond to design and roster questions promptly. Ask for the proposed production start, dispatch plan and transit allowance before committing your program to a date.
ONE ORDER. CLEAR REFERENCES.
Keep the agreed version together.
Your quote records the pieces and commercial terms. The artwork proof records the design. The roster records player names, numbers and garment sizes. Keep the accepted versions and approval date together, then send any later change through your order contact.
For a late addition or next-season reorder, use the original design reference and a new list of required pieces. Availability, batch matching, pricing and timing are reviewed for the new order.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Practical answers for the team contact.
What does submitting a request commit our team to?
It starts a conversation, not an order or payment. You review the quote, approve the artwork and roster, and meet the agreed production requirements as separate steps.
Are names, numbers and artwork included?
Specify the artwork, branding placements and player details you need. The itemized quote identifies the included decoration and any additional charges; no universal customization allowance is assumed.
When does the production schedule start?
Your order plan identifies the start condition. Complete the required artwork, roster, fit review and payment steps first. Production time and courier transit are separate parts of the schedule.
Can we ask for a rush order?
Send the date you need the kit in hand and the delivery ZIP early. We need to review garments, approvals and shipping before offering a workable schedule; a requested date is not a delivery guarantee.
How are price and payment shown?
The quote states whether pricing is per player, per set or per piece, plus the currency, shipping and other charges. Read the payment amount, method and due point before accepting the order terms.
What if the artwork or roster changes after approval?
Send the change with the approved version’s reference. Your contact can check whether the production stage allows it and explain any effect on price or timing.
Can we add players or reorder next season?
Keep the original order and design reference. Send the new garment quantities, names, numbers, sizes and requested date. Fabric availability and color matching across production batches need a fresh review.
What should we do if a delivered piece has an issue?
Contact info@provyn.us with the order reference, affected garment, a description and clear photos. Keep the packaging and avoid altering the piece while your contact reviews it under the order’s agreed terms.
BEFORE YOU COMMIT
Clear terms for the work ahead.
Prices, minimums and schedules are reviewed for your specific style and order. Start with a brief; approve an itemized quote before production.
How is the price quoted?
Request a quote for your chosen garments, quantities and decoration. The proposal identifies USD or another agreed currency, whether each rate is per piece or complete set, the customization included and any separate charges.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is confirmed for the style, decoration and order mix. Include quantities for a new design, repeat order or late addition so each can be reviewed.
Can I develop a sample first?
Ask for a sample of the actual style, fabric and decoration you want. Sample production takes 4–5 days; the sample scope and required approvals are agreed first. Shipping, revisions and bulk production have separate timelines. Sample cost, shipping and any production credit are confirmed before sample work begins.
When does production begin?
The accepted order plan identifies the required artwork, specification, roster and payment approvals. Production begins under those agreed conditions. Sample development, production and courier transit have separate timelines.
How do payments and changes work?
The quote sets the deposit, balance, payment method and due stages. Send artwork or roster changes with the approved reference; their feasibility, cost and timing depend on the production stage.
What happens with reorders or a delivered-item issue?
For a reorder, send the original reference and the new garment quantities and sizes. For an issue, send the order reference, affected pieces and clear photos to info@provyn.us for review under the agreed order terms.
ONE CONTRIBUTION PER SHIPMENT
Shipping, across the whole shipment.
Combine the agreed merchandise value of all orders shipped together. At USD 300 or more, your customer shipping contribution is USD 0. Below USD 300, pay the difference to USD 300, capped at USD 50 per shipment.
Several orders in the same shipment receive one combined calculation. This is not a charge per order, set or player.
| Merchandise value | Customer shipping contribution |
|---|---|
| USD 200.00 | USD 50.00 |
| USD 250.00 | USD 50.00 |
| USD 280.00 | USD 20.00 |
| USD 299.99 | USD 0.01 |
| USD 300.00 | USD 0.00 |
| USD 350.00 | USD 0.00 |
The merchandise amount, freight arrangements, courier transit and any duties or taxes are separate parts of the quote. Confirm who is responsible for duties and taxes in the accepted order terms; this contribution policy does not assign that responsibility.
