Start with the range you want to supply.
A product request can cover one style or a mixed order. List the quantity of each garment so the proposal can be reviewed properly.
The specification to quote
State garment quantities by style, fabric or fit requirements and intended decoration. The quote identifies the included branding and any separate charges.
Your date and delivery ZIP
Share the date you need the order in hand, if known. Sample production takes 4–5 days; sample scope and approvals are agreed first. Shipping, revisions and bulk production have separate timelines.
BEFORE YOU APPROVE
Review the actual product.
The photograph shows a finished PROVYN basketball uniform. Your own style, fabric, decoration and fit are confirmed in the quote and sample review.
ONE CONTRIBUTION PER SHIPMENT
Shipping, across the whole shipment.
Combine the agreed merchandise value of all orders shipped together. At USD 300 or more, your customer shipping contribution is USD 0. Below USD 300, pay the difference to USD 300, capped at USD 50 per shipment.
Several orders in the same shipment receive one combined calculation. This is not a charge per order, set or player.
The merchandise amount, freight arrangements, courier transit and any duties or taxes are separate parts of the quote. Confirm who is responsible for duties and taxes in the accepted order terms; this contribution policy does not assign that responsibility.

Do I need a finished design or player roster?
No. An approximate quantity, sport, organization and product direction are enough to start. Detailed artwork and individual player information can follow.
Is every pictured item included?
Only the garments and quantities listed in your approved proposal are included. Optional layers, bags and accessories are reviewed separately.
What are the price, minimum and bulk production time?
They are confirmed for your actual style, quantities and decoration. A requested arrival date is reviewed for feasibility; it is not a delivery guarantee.
